Booking Conditions
Limo Trikes Australia ® reserves the right to change the itinerary or use the support vehicle to ensure the operation of the tour. No refund will be paid if different itinerary is offered. Due to the isolation, Limo Trike staff are all first aid accredited, carry a comprehensive first aid equipment kit; emergency satellite phones; UHF radios; mobile phones and water storage.
Please note : Water usage is of a premium throughout remote areas of Australia.
Liability
Limo Trikes Australia ® requires passengers to have full current travel insurance (This costs approx $100). No liability will be accepted for injury, sickness, loss, damage and/or delay however caused, and cannot guarantee connection with any other service.
Limo Trikes Australia ® reserves the right to refuse to carry or continue to carry any passenger, luggage and/or goods if intoxicated, or general disorderly conduct.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
At time of booking a minimum of 25% deposit is required.
Full payment required 30 days prior to departure.
Cancellations 30 days or more prior to departure this incurs a 25% cancellation fee of full tour price.
Cancellations within 30 days prior to departure, or if the passenger fails to join or complete the tour, for any reason whatsoever, incurs a full forfeiture of the tour price being a 100% cancellation fee.
If booking through a travel agent please note that Limo Trikes Australia has contractual obligations and arrangements in place.
